Manitowoc, WI

Built in 1990, this two-story home’s façade is based on a traditional farmhouse style. This home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and has 3,600 square feet of living space plus an additional 1,000 square feet in the finished basement. The master bedroom suite features a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and a large walk-in closet. On the west elevation, the home features a enclosed, four-season sunroom. The spacious kitchen features a large center island and hardwood flooring. The center of the house features an open staircase that utilizes skylights to bring in natural light into the home. All the walls and ceilings in the home have been plastered to give a textured look to them. All windows are Pella windows and feature built-in slim shades. The trim used in the house includes 6 inch baseboard and 4 inch casings, plinth and corner blocks around all door and window openings. Dan Peters designed and managed every aspect of this project, from start to finish.
