Manitowoc, WI

Situated on one of the highest points of land in Manitowoc County, this one-story home was built in 1996 and features an all brick exterior, a walk-out, finished lower level, and incredible landscaping in a unique wooded setting. Architect Roy Stark was commissioned to assist Dan Peters with the design, while Dan managed the construction and landscaping. Roy and Dan integrated unique angled walls and flying gables to enhance the home’s appearance. This home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and has 2,800 square feet on the main level and 2,000 square feet in the finished portion of the lower level. The master bedroom suite features a whirlpool tub, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet. The Great Room has a floor-to-ceiling stone wall that incorporates a media cabinet and a fireplace and the room also has a vaulted ceiling. The large kitchen has a long peninsula that is used as a breakfast eating area. Hardwood flooring is used in both the kitchen and dinning rooms, with a tile insert for the dining room table and chairs. The finished basement features a large recreation room with a walk-out patio, two bedrooms, and ample storage area. Another patio, both exposed aggregate, is located off the dining room on the main level.
