The first step begins with an in-depth meeting with you, the homeowner, to fully understand your specific needs and desires. We will then take this information and implement it into the design phase. If you are satisfied with our initial plan, we will then provide you with a full project proposal that includes material and labor cost estimates. This detailed summary will also include preliminary architectural drawings for your approval. The proposal and plan will be discussed with you personally in order to address any questions or concerns that you may have.
The construction phase will be first competitively bid out to our pool of pre-qualified, quality subcontractors. Along with our own highly trained craftsman and expert oversight, we will ensure that the project adheres to your design specifications as well as the most stringent quality standards. We will then sit down and review all subcontractor prices and other project costs with you. The construction work will be done on a timely basis and on a schedule that best fits your needs and you will be provided with an accurate project event schedule.
After completion, we will walk through the project with you so that you may inspect all work completed and we will explain and provide manufacturer warranties and guarantees on materials used throughout the project.
